My passion for immigration law began when I volunteered with trafficking survivors in Cambodia. Since then, human rights—specifically immigration rights—have become my life’s work. Inspired by the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the U.S.’s evolving approach to immigration, I am driven to help new immigrants access the full protections they deserve.

Before becoming an attorney, I worked as a paralegal in large law firms, where I often saw clients being underserved. These firms were happy to take their money but were inconsistent in delivering results or solutions. Taking advantage of the hopeful and vulnerable was not just doing them a disservice; it was wrong.

Motivated by this experience, I pursued my law degree and founded my own practice, right at the beginning of the pandemic. By embracing online tools and adapting to the new reality, my practice quickly grew. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from across the country and around the world navigate immigration processes with confidence.

Running my own business has given me a unique perspective on the immigration journeys of entrepreneurs and investors. My early work with trafficking survivors also showed me the urgency of helping those in need.
